It is a strict policy of our firm to never mass-mail resumes. We work on an individual, case-by-case basis only, and we send-out our candidates’ resume ONLY after we have interviewed our candidates and have received their express permission! Ask yourself if your current recruiter is doing this? If they are mass-mailing your resume it WILL cost you a job and your reputation at some point.

However, that decision is yours and we never pressure or force our candidates to leave their current position and accept a new position that is not in their best interest!

Expectations:

We want you to have realistic expectations about your career search. Over the past 5 years we have observed vast changes in the techniques used in careers searches.  From the use of the Internet including job boards to resume blasters, we are truly living in an information age.

Certainly the timetable has changes a great deal. Today, a career search may take anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on your specialization and the market you are working within. The hiring process is longer because we are working in an employer market overflowing with candidates.
